1.Postage & Returns

2.Packaging
Please ensure that all return packages are sent to us ICE GOLD LTD with a recorded insured delivery method to ensure you have proof of delivery. ICE GOLD LTD would like to declare that any packages lost, damaged in returned transit is not our responsibility. All goods must be packaged with care to ensure unwanted damages in the post. We ICE GOLD LTD will not be responsible for Goods that are lost or damaged in the post.
3. How we Process refunds
All good return to us ICE GOLD LTD is subject to inspection and would either offer replacement of goods or a full refund (delivery cost including) upon a satisfactory outcome of terms and conditions outlined in this document.
A Replacement of Merchandise or refund will be authorised under the condition that defect or fault is not caused by usual wear and tear, damage caused deliberately or accidentally, customers have a responsibility to follow any product instruction as merchandise that has been misused, altered or repaired could caused any claims for replacement and refunds rejected.

We aim to offer a replacement or a full refund (including cost of delivery) as soon as possible. If You have paid using a credit or debit card refund will be issued using the same credit or debit card chosen upon purchase of merchandise please allow up to 3-5 working days for refund to reflect in your bank account.
